Listed below are some of the most common questions we get asked, if the question you want answering is not listed please send us an email to info@easyfastprint.co.uk and we'll get back to you with a quick answer.

Q1) Will I get notified if anything is wrong with my artwork?

a) Yes you will, we always check artwork, even if you have specified no proof required, we realise that sometimes things can be overlooked, so don't worry you’re in good hands.


Q2) What if I'm not happy with my print?
a) In the unlikely event you’re not happy with your print, we promise to either re-print it straight away or if you prefer offer a full refund, we are committed 100% to customer satisfaction.
Q3) Can I pick up from factory?

a) Unfortunately that isn’t possible due to the quick turnaround times and tight production schedules we have.


Q4) What personal information do you hold on me?

a) We don’t hold any personal information about you except the information you submitted when creating an account with Easy Fast Print, we also hold no credit or debit card details from any of our customers. All payment transactions are handled by World Pay.


Q5) What if I change my mind can I cancel?

a) If you change your mind and you wish to cancel, you can do so, please contact us asap with your product ID number and we’ll do the rest.

Please be aware though that because of our fast tight production schedules, your print could have already been printed. 


If that is the case, then any material we have used will have to be paid for.

Q6) Can you deliver to different addresses?

a) Yes we can, you will be asked for this information in the ordering process. (Please note you will be billed for the extra delivery costs, we will email you a secure payment link for the extra postal charges.)

(FREE delivery is for only one mainland UK address, this excludes the Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.)


The delivery charges for extra addresses are as follows: 

The first 20kg is chargeable at £7.50 then every extra kilo after that is charged at 0.28p these delivery prices are what our courier charge us, we don’t make any profit from delivery charges.


Q7) What if I have more than one design?

a) For each design you have, you will need to go through the ordering process for each one, because you are only allowed one item in your shopping basket at any one time.


Q8) Why have I been charged VAT when the website says this product is usually VAT zero rated?

a) This will be because that you have added an extra such as lamination to a leaflet or flyer, or the product has a place that can be written on, or says a certain percentage off with flyer, or free admission with this flyer. Please visit our VAT page for more detailed information regarding VAT.


If we need to make any changes to your artwork, this carries a VAT charge of 20%

(We will bill you separately for VAT on artwork and design, only after the final proof has been passed for printing.)


Q9) I need my print really quick, can you help?

a) Yes we can, if our standard 2 to 4 day turnaround isn't fast enough, just give us a call or send us an email, and we will give you an honest answer.

We won’t give you a promise to deliver if we can’t manage it.


Q10) How secure is your website when I'm making a payment?

a) Security is of paramount importance, once you click confirm payment you will be diverted to a secure payment page via Worldpay.


Q11) I've ordered some print on a heaver paper weight which will need to be folded. Will you crease them?

a) Yes we will, we always crease any stock that is 170gsm or heavier.


Q12) How will I know when my print is being delivered?

a) When you print is ready for despatch you will receive an email telling you that your print is about to leave the factory, usually you will receive your product the next day, unless you have asked for a fixed delivery date, you will also receive a 1 hour delivery time slot via DPD carrier.


Q13) I have an extra Pantone colour I need printing, do you print 5 colours?

a) Currently because of the costs and time involved we don't print Pantone or spot colours, we only print CMYK (4 colour process) RGB files can also be printed.
